Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally at all times

Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated

Accuracy & Responsibility

Clients must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information

Failure to disclose required information may result in service delays, additional fees, or termination of services

Appointments & Communication

Appointments are required for all services and must be scheduled in advance

Clients are expected to arrive on time and be prepared for scheduled appointments

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in fees or refusal of future services

Payments & Policies

Payment is due according to the agreed pricing and payment terms

All services are subject to our Payment and Refund Policies

Right to Refuse Service

Call Your Tax Pro reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time due to policy violations, non-payment, or inappropriate conduct
